CONSIGNMENT QUICK INFO
2024 Fall/Winter consignment appointments are complete. We understand your disappointment for those who missed the 2024 Fall/Winter booking window; please note we will start Booking Spring/Summer after December 9th, 2024. We typically fill up appointments within two months of opening the booking Window.
2025 Spring/Summer appointments will open booking on 12/9/2024. (current consignors may book the next season at their fall/winter appointment) As consignment popularity increases, we are filling up faster and faster. We are doing our best to accommodate as many consignors as possible; with over 5900 consignors, we operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. We are continuing to work on streaming our reservation system, but at this time, we can only accommodate so many appointments a day. Each season, we have approx. 2500 appointments are available, and yes, they go fast. ***Please do not speak unkindly to the team members because you are upset YOU missed the booking window. Being rude or disrespectful will not get you anywhere other than a negative note on your account and no appointment.
Walk-ins:
- Winter Coats/Snowpants and Winter Boots: Sept 1- Oct 31 Coats MUST BE under 2-3 years of age and CLEAN; please wash your coat before you bring it in. Winter coats ONLY, no fleece, spring coats) (Boots must be winter boots, not fashion boots, and must be clean and show little to no wear.)
- Accepting Prom Dresses for Consignment December 1, 2024- February 25, 2025.
2024/2025 Fall/Winter Consignors, please read below:
We will continue to be VERY selective when deciding what items to consign. Please Look over your items closely before your appointment. If we feel you didn’t look over your items, we will STOP the appointment and return all your items to you.
Missed appointments: if you do not show up for your appointment, you may not be able to for an entire year from that appointment date. (We will take into account prior history and size of appointment.) In addition, a $10 fee per appointment will be charged to your account for missed (no cancellation notice) appointments. (single – $10, Double $20, Tripple $30 and up)
For appointment text reminders, please respond “yes” to inform us you are coming. (Please note that we can not reply to reminder texts. If you need to change a date, please call 920-395-2442)
